Course Description
Architectural Systems has refreshed and updated its engaging presentation on the application of sustainable interior finishes in contract environments. This course will show how sustainable products have developed within the green movement and increase awareness on the advancements their design. We will define how the US Green Building Council’s LEED rating system applies to material selection and how materials can meet eco-friendly criteria. With the use of compelling case studies representing the spaces in which we Work, Live and Play, we will explore how integrating sustainable materials can lead to design solutions.

This course earns 1 Learning Unit for CES/HSW/SD for registered Architects (SD is Sustainable Design Learning Unit which meets criteria for the newly required AIA/CES sustainable design credits). Architectural Systems, Inc. is a registered AIA/CES Passport Provider.

 

This course earns 0.1 CEU for IDCEC accreditation.
